Privacy Policy

Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Magical Cleaning Services ("we," "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Information You Give Us

When you fill out a form to ask for an estimate, we collect what you type: your name, your phone number, your email if you add it, your city, the kind of cleaning you need and any message. Office forms also ask for your business name. The form records whether you used the English or Spanish version of the site, so we can reply in your language, and whether you sent it from our office offer page.

Only your name and phone number (and business name on office forms) are required. Please do not put health information or other sensitive details in your message. We do not need them to give you an estimate.

Information Collected Automatically

Like almost every website, our web host keeps standard server logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. It uses them to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and Tools on This Site

Our own website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. On pages with a form, this Google tool loads the first time you touch the screen, click, move the pointer, use a mouse wheel or press a key. From then on it watches how you interact with the page and sends that information to Google, which scores how likely it is that you are a person and not a spam robot. It may set Google cookies. You will see its badge in the corner of the page and a notice under the form. It is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media pixels, session recording or heatmap tools on this site. If we add one, we will update this policy and the date above.

These tools run on JavaScript. If you have it turned off, they do not load, and our forms still work.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to reply to you, give you an estimate, schedule your cleaning and follow up about your service. We do not sell your information.

Who We Share It With

• Our web host, which keeps the server logs and runs a small program that checks the spam score before your form is sent.
• A form delivery service, which receives what you typed and passes it to our email inbox.
• The providers of the tools described above, with the information those tools collect.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, such as a valid court order.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request at that number.

Our forms also have an optional checkbox for text messages. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from Magical Cleaning Services about your request and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase: you never have to check the box to send the form or to hire us. We do not share your number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Your Choices

• See or correct your information. Contact us and we will tell you what we have and fix anything that is wrong.
• Delete it. Contact us and we will delete what you sent us, unless we need to keep it for a legal or business reason.
• Text messages. Reply STOP to any text from us, or let us know.
• Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

Children's Privacy

This site is meant for adults looking for cleaning for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information as long as we need it to handle your request, serve you and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) between your browser and our server. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise complete security.
